Around the Darkness of Gaming.

An organizing enterprise of the appeared New Game + Showcase proclaimed about their independence and no ask of payment from developers for presentation on their show. It was said beautiful, but looks there are requirements because I only saw projects from anyhow-known studios. That some Gaming World Media, who stayed behind the event, also stated that these electronic compositions are what they wanted to demonstrate. I didn’t want to watch the broadcast because it included evil companies and most of exhibited games still showed that the industry is in stagnation.

Watching the show would be akin to crucifixion: only survivals, RPGs with every ever-existing kind and look though all of them are the same, ugly pixel-graphic and causing fake nostalgia projects, and multiplayer games. These mentioned types could be in combination or contain everything. That’s what is popular in gaming today. But speaking commercially, all these electronic compositions for niche publics.

IOI wasn’t there, but it is needful to point out a revealed detail with them from the last day of the previous year. I ended with this studio, but reading a headline in scrolling news prompted me to click and recognize, through further digging via an interview with a director of the studio’s James Bond game that they are not obedient to political correctness because forced to do so – they’re believers of it. That man directly confessed James Bond develops with “modern values”, and he elaborated further, saying, “So it’s not going to be your old school Bond, which would just be tone deaf in this day, right? He’s a modern guy.” It wasn’t new for this developer to be disrespectful to an original source. However, IOI isn’t familiar that a so-called contemporary society with extreme sentimentality is a myth of political correctness, as financial results of those who chose this path demonstrate. It was the last touch required for a full seeing of what the Danish studio turned into.

It has become a common feature nowadays not to put efforts into elaboration a screenplay or not to make it at all. There are a lot of games now that are simulators of occupations which can’t be tantalizing because you just do that named job in a composition’s title. I discovered such a game, Thief Simulator, few years ago. It was sneaking and stealing as much as you can, whereas the artificial mind doesn’t show correct behavior and you escape from the police by entering a special zone. Not so much tying with reality. I could not help thinking about Garrett while playing this lifeless piece. A focus of upcoming Distant Shore: Bretagne is physics interactions. It turned me into despondency before two minutes with something of the gameplay ended. It hadn’t more than using magnet gloves for movement through levels, and that uniformity made that finishing the watching. I thought about Half-Life 2, included elements of physics that were correctly instilled, but another thing from back then was a thoughtful plot. No matter if I loved this screenplay or not, but it had a place. Developers of Distant Shore: Bretagne is a French studio Distant Shore whose this a so-called thing is simple and read many times now is about searching for a relative. This gamemaker accepted as an ideology in their enterprise the making climate compositions through which speak serious about these topics. It breeds reasonable skepticism, and visiting them on social network confirms – they are far-left driven lunatics by supporting people whose belonging to the political correct ideology was exposed. Pouring political correct propaganda is one thing that attracted such developers in making a screenplay. I detected another gameplay video of Distant Shore: Bretagne, which was have seen in clicking. It contained many watched before pieces. It included that a protagonist has a power to push metal things on a remote distance. However, this doesn’t work in a fight against a turret, a thing from absolute iron. He was supposed to destroy it in a matter of a second, whereas a main hero has a long battle. I didn’t see an exigency to watch anything else from New Game + Showcase with this project.

Paradark is back to live on social networks. Though they maintained activity in one rotten forum in which claimed their staff is still twenty men and gave no promise that the release can come in the first half of the new year as it was asked. The new posting was an insolent believing that people will watch New Game+ Showcase. There was shown a gameplay of ExeKiller.

Its trailer was narrated by two main developers, who have the most merciless Polish accents I have ever heard. I needed a translator in normal and nightingale melodic English. Additionally, this pair tried some acting, and they shouldn’t make an attempt in that.

Shooting with adversaries and AI behavior aren’t the best things due to known basic reasons. Developers do efforts to make a lovable game by gameplay’s features and embedding variety in walkthrough styles and multiple animations in interactions. ExeKiller magnetizes with its Wild West vibe, which became likeable when some character offered a duel. But gameplay’s look drives to a feeling it will turn out into a disinteresting quest doing.

What a show!
