It was an enchanting combination and, I believed, I didn’t experience a little part of berry before but I did so as I found out. Malvasia has many varieties and it’s usually a white grape which uses for dessert wines while mine was a red kind in a dry alcohol beverage.
No less in want of taking of Selvarossa Reserva was that it from Apulia what already could assume from drink’s traditional grapes.
I’ve never met such unique vine bouquet when I was sniffing. There was something alike to garden. A drink is delightful and solid good in quality whereas wine’s magnificence discloses in awaiting maturation. Since that I know that if I'll notice a place with one Michelin star or any recommendation at least, I'll turn around and move away. It already was obvious for me before that the best restaurants in the world are not in Michelin guide. I was corroborated in that in watching there on French places which didn't represent my country’s cuisine. Michelin guide is a snobbish garbage. “A botanist” is a precise definition of people who do modern approach in cooking which I heard and saw in a trailer of unattracted film Toscana. But what’s today else? A mincemeat and a raw egg which everywhere and it became an international dish. Let’s come back to primal! I almost every time close webpage of that place which has fascination to prehistoric cuisine.
I was minding lately on give another chance to Le Procope in the next visit of Paris even despite what I had because this restaurant is one of those places which represents French cuisine as it is. But I resolved to not to do because it wasn’t an accident with everything ordered.
