From Darkness to Mist.

The period of demos passed without showcasing the gameplay. Some appearances were after that whereas a personal searching detected videos that were hidden for weeks. The investigation lead to realizing that a new computer becomes a realizing thing.

Those who aspired to independence didn’t avoid the using political correctness. It was in the game of Rockstar North’s ex-president and Maverick Games put such characters in main and secondary roles in their cinematic project. You don’t see an originality there. Or what could initially expect from Psycho Dead if it was Unreal game? It was a poor-developed game. That definitive look hadn’t A.A.U. Black Site, but it was an amateurish electronic composition. Nowadays, every trailer shows a fatal shot into a hostile to look effective–it doesn’t demonstrate how many you should release slugs before that. However, a true entity discloses in a short time every time. That’s Unreal Engine is ubiquitous. It in Dumpster Gang, as I received in reply when asked its game’s developer Coyote House Games. I have a reason to dislike but the electronic composition will be installed unofficially.

Neo Berlin 2087 smelled of borrowing. It impossible to reject the taking from The Matrix. Activation of slow motion in shooting, the setting has the repercussions, and a Negro wears the resembling in shape glasses and he speaks wise and brings a commonsense. Maybe one showed man is a bad person actually, because it is a known trope when such men insinuate that the hero isn’t a good personality and he is wrong. That human had an association with Agent Smith.

Every new video of Neo Berlin 2087 discloses new badness. Before that was lacking facial movements and much release of bullets into enemies’ bodies. That time a slow motion slaying didn’t impress because hostiles weren’t active. This time I thought on superiority of Max Payne games and Enter the Matrix. Artificial intelligence of Elysium Game Studio’s game was slow and irrational in behavior in active action. No different in doing silent: the hero kills a foe, but his colleague only says a surprising word and doesn’t act. The open confrontation doesn’t delight in sometimes the slaying can be long and a drone also destroys for long. The game is unworkable: sometimes character say not intact to subtitles and you always see they don’t open mouths.

It can be playable for a story. The triviality keeps. The protagonist investigates the murder of “the best protected man in Neo Berlin”. However, I pointed to that enough earlier.

A new video of Metro 2039 showed a staged gameplay that included a few elements of potential gameplay. Eventually, the damage of killing is closer to be credible. Adversaries can do twitching and doesn’t admit your presence even you show yourself two times, but their behavior is acceptable. Of course, I am not going to wishlist–as they compel to do despite on their rejection of communism–and pay either. This studio doesn’t care about morality in working with their publisher and choosing Unreal Engine for a future. I don’t believe in be the game. Nevertheless, I’ll take for playing.

AttritoM7 demonstrates tantalizing innovative features in Blackwood Act 1: a second click of an empty weapon led the protagonist to throwing it and a flashlight can disorient a hostile. I would wish the gamemaker studio fix an awful egg cooking on a pen animation, which the hero makes without closed cap, as I watched in two long gameplay videos–released weeks ago–that demonstrated all features. Then he eats the imaginable egg. The game was not alright if a car touches poles in a story’s video (it was both times). Developers show that in one month before release.

No doubt I will install this game, but maybe after coming of the second episode though I am not sure the electronic composition will improve its flaws. Anyway, I’ll play Blackwood with the new computer. I want to see it because ideas of gameplay and the story has some complexity and well-written dialogs, even though I didn’t change my mind about the script. I want to play for moments as turning on news on TV and cooking, and do a routine work as feed a cat on a job. You penetrate by selling DVD by job itself and at least one interaction, which was with a boy who asks some movie. It impresses by that it wasn’t so far time ago, and looks as a far past now. But that section isn’t fine at all. You can come to a person and activate a feature “suggest a movie”, which is just clicking and having no conversation–it degrades to The Sims. With DVD store, in both videos, disclosed unnatural behavior of characters: your colleague after being called to substitute on a counter starts to roll on place, or once her movement was with twitching the head. Or other video had a policeman walking through a woman. The cat moved too fast than usual.

Reading messages of studio’s representative that “Unity is not an engine” and his finding an excuse that “Many AA studio don’t put facial expressions” you can’t trust to professionalism of the developer. Right, you need money to make game, but you should have them if you make such project. It is beautiful that a mirror reflection at least in hero’s bathroom, but AttritoM7 Productions could also pay attention to giving animation in picking up subjects–it takes time, but I can’t accept the task that isn’t impossible.

You experience the heavy movement of the car in a chase sequence. It is a kind of games when you wish that the road to be always straight because any turn is defiance for the vehicle. Physics of subjects with which the transport collides can demonstrate jumpy effects and fly akin to feather; once a cone stick to the automobile. That part couldn’t hide that everything is staged. You need to move to screenplay’s location though you don’t need to hurry because hostile cars imitate the chasing and usual cars stop at a prescribed point, but in the second video one moment was missed at one moment and you couldn’t move a frozen jeep that crossed the road.

Eventually, Unity isn’t engine for action. It is nice that developer took care about changing hand in shooting–this task is less difficult. However, sometimes many bullets require to release. The shooting enters with dynamism but it makes you tired in that unrealism. Fights were as I depicted previously. Additionally in these videos, it included unfinished animation or animation to nowhere in fatal neutralizing of attackers. I recalled, and even watched videos, of Enter the Matrix–I wanted to replay this game. It was impressive back then and still how impressive were elaborated and introduced martial arts–it made to feel that you’re doing them, and not animation with a simple pressing of one button. There you felt a real confrontation, which Blackwood, as any modern game, can’t create. Rumbles of Bangladeshi studio’s electronic composition aren’t natural and have a not credible long knockout. It was the same with shooting. Blackwood fails with a tension scene there. The lead character did beating till of a one man, and there he was attacked by other person whom he could neutralize, but deus ex machine required, which was in his friend who knows and supports in his activity.

This a level-type game, which I love and prefer than open worlds. I also recollected True Crime: New York City, which belong to the second kind. A lot of resemblances: learning martial arts skills, and many other things in which this game is advanced, which is shooting where you also could choose a point if you didn’t want to kill, fighting, driving where was not authentic with physics where jumped back if you meet a bus, but that was forgivable. It is a wonderful game because I always liked to arrest Naked Cowboy by planting a bag with cocaine.

Blackwood is an incomplete development. AttritoM7 doesn’t admit the fact by presenting it in the episodic format. Perhaps, they don’t earn much on Zero Hour. They want to increase a cash flow, or get money for keeping their production. The developer wants to finish it in the process, and it was saying words about graphics aren’t important, and they accented on gameplay.
