J.P. Chenet Blanc de Blancs Brut

You don’t search for an elite taste when you take a bottle that has “J.P. Chenet” in the title, as I held its sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs Brut that I dried the last night and it made me believe I could take high notes as Luciano Pavarotti for the next three hours.

The percentage containment is eleven. It opened easily. The scent had early grapes that developed into bitterness later. The sparkling wine was drank well, without intrusiveness of bitterness, which was a lovely small. But it is better swallow because holding longer brings the meeting with acidity that isn’t likeable on taste. The aftertaste was neutral at the first time, but later I felt the unfriendly acidity of the inexpensive drink that deprives in the wish to grab this bottle another day.
