Circumstances brought me to cooking penne rigate pasta on tomatoes with onion and garlic to where I put cut meat, because after everything I had all these things in a fridge. Taurisi Reserva with 15 degrees, lovable Aglianico grape and harvest of 2013 was served on table with cooked dish.

Maturity of wine improved disrupting stance. I could drink it. Some time of waiting with keeping in the firdge and everything what I disliked – it was gone. Taurisi Reserva entered in category of drinkable wines, which brought to cloud aftertaste. It required patience.
