The Independence Day. Festivity Drink: Black Chicken Zinfandel.

Updated: 2 days ago

From noon till the end of that hour, I stayed there and mostly sat on a bench at Independence Hall. Around that time was proclaimed the Independence of America in 1776. The twelve of thirteen (New York state wasn’t self-sufficient at that moment) colonies agreed with that.

I retuned to my room some time later and took Black Chicken Zinfandel of 2021 harvest. I hadn’t a corkscrew and I was forced to use the knife in taking out but that led to pushing a cork inside, which, eventually, caused to spreading the wine (a horrible fact) onto the wall and make it to look that I killed a man. There I sniffed a scent of plum, which I will sense later. The color of this beverage is a dark cherry. The great collected grapes is that what I was get in sniffing. Its disclosing aroma is what I wanted to inhale alike to a man who needs an air. A wonderful tartness in tasting becomes a lovable maturity.  Then a dark cherry was sensing in drinking, and it was lovable. Its continuation is a great matured grapes. 14,8% is for lovers of strong wines. The aftertaste puts you into serenity. The bottle empties without intrusion to your mind, and you fly. Happy Independence!
