Atma Red

All stars aligned to that I’ve got a bottle of Greek wine. Atma Red with 13% and harvested in 2019. It’s combination of local red grapes naming Xinomavro and Mandilaria, which gave beautiful dark red color.

“If rose would be a wine” was a first feeling on nose. A fine harvest was many minutes later. Sulfates make drink as effervescent pill when I was using what was in beginning. Traces of bubbles stayed on glass's walls, but it didn't matter (they willn’t appear in later time.). A drink would be correct without sulfates. Atma Red wobbled from wonderful to all right in quality. Nevertheless, it’s an acceptable wine. It will show a likeable maturity when you wait... when you have PATIENCE!!! Because when you have PATIENCE (AAAAAAA!!!!), you reach fruitful results because you hold yourself in hands even you’re going into madness and want to knock your head on the wall in alongside to do Tarzan scream, don’t hurry yourself and somehow aspire to have best. When you put crops, anticipate and get harvest, what do you must have? PATIENCE!!! I was in Paris and waited fifty-two minutes for kencel ticket and I succeeded because I had PATIENCE!!! When you go to shop for simply buying one milk and get to cash desks, but you see only long queues and you think that workers could open more places by seeing these people and they do nothing – you have… no, you don’t have patience here.

A light wine on all stages. I didn’t expect big and I hadn’t strong hesitations due to I recalled Israeli mesmerizing wines for these small prices. It has same reason – Greek drinks aren’t spread in the world. Using one of them, I experienced good and that increased my interest to Greek wines.
