Festivity Drink: Ciliegiolo (Podere Barbi).

No doubt this year’s Independence Day is preparation to the next one which will an Anniversary date. I aspire to be in Philadelphia in this time.

Meantime, I’m already in movement and currently locate in Orvieto where I had a bottle of young Ciliegiolo by manufacturer Podere Barbi since yesterday. A little rest was for today, which was taken in a day of a wonderful celebration.

I made exclusion with age, which is 2023, for recognize a local grape of this region and I mean only Orvieto. This drink has 14,5%.

A smell is a plentiful harvest of rich-quality grapes. A dark grape with a transparency inside when I looked on it. Wine is fruity and gives a likeable sizzling in using. It doesn’t make to perceive that wine is so young. You think on maturity though youth will feel some period later as should be. Aftertaste was in heavens.
