I had three wine bottles from the delivery service. I didn’t intend to open all of them in one evening, but it ended up that I did. It is the story how I had Gran Maestro Primitivo di Manduria from Italy, Terrazas de los Andes Malbec from Argentine, and Chateau Haut-Mouleyre from France, mon ami.
Gran Maestro Primitivo di Manduria is wine of 2024 with 14,5%. The year and fifteen-euro price, as I found, influenced that you don’t get noble grapes already in sniffing. That little age reflects in seeing the bright red color of this liquid when you pour it into a glass. The taste doesn’t bevy of excellency. There was somewhere alcohol. The wine’s inhaling keeps to that is a richless beverage. It can drink, but you don’t get a decent character. The aftertaste leaves in well feelings.
I decided to uncork the bottle with Terrazas de los Andes Malbec from 2021. I had a desire to have an Argentine wine recently. It was interesting to have Malbec–one of flagship grapes in that country, which originally from France. The specialty of this beverage is that the grape grows on the height in 1100 meters. It sounds pretty and wants to makes the emphasis of specialty, but reality with the fourteen-degree drink is that you feel the mountain condition damaged grapes, which were there too long. After pouring the liquid that brimming of dark violet into the glass, you sense a peculiar opposite scent and the identical in taking inside, but it gets with disclosure of the disgust of unlovable grapes, which lead to experiencing the acrid taste that extends your smile by getting this dislikable wine. Sometimes acidity can be in the end. The deep inhaling can reveal some berries, but their smell already aren’t friendly. Tastes of ash and cheapness in the aftertaste. I couldn’t finish the glass.
It inspired to open Chateau Haut-Mouleyre of the year 2020 and with 14,5%. The bottle combined Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. That was a dark red liquid. Some berries in sniffing, which no more than fact. Mouthfeel is having worst grapes that seemed to be left aside and they were became forgotten for long until some long time later they were picked up and used for production. It was unbearable acidity that propels me not to drink it more. The aftertaste is unpleasant for your mouth.
The years of Argentinian and French wines hadn’t matter. Luckily, I felt wonderful, but it thankfully to the Italian bottle.
