I entertained myself in days before Christmas by writing with using Italian translator a merciless electronic letter to that priest in cathedral in Pietrasanta. I do another discovery in Golan Heights Winery, which was founded accurately forty years ago and they are producing wines under labels Gamla, Yarden, Hermon and Golan. I took a bottle of Hermon which name is Mount Hermon Indigo Galilee. A wine with 14% of power and composition of it is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah. I was uncertain to one-year young drink and Syrah isn’t my grape, which usually in Spanish wines to whom I’m not benevolent (by the way, place origin of berry is France.). I was in thinking. One-fifth of Syrah could be right portion and make wine well whereas welcome Cabernet Sauvignon is plentiful. The bottle from natural wine manufacturer was another factor. The last thing was that I had no alternative everywhere literally.
I celebrated Thanksgiving and wrote on people, animals and I did reasoning on circumstances. I intended to express honor to one more person, but I wasn’t sure. I was thinking after that. I see now that this person has piece of deserving justice and I’ll do it immediately.
It very unlikely that I would found out about this person if things happened in way I like. I still don’t know, was it to right. Certainly, I want to say “thank you” now to Philipp’s parents who are always welcome people and to dog Issa who loves me and I have this feeling to her. It’s wonderful that I had this collision. Beautiful that it was in this time of the year.
I have a piece of roe made under mine secret sauce. I cooked it with gnocci sardi which took place of favorite pasta. Sadly that no one of my four-legged friends had in desire to ride with me. I celebrated alone.
Wine has harvest of 2022, but I got maturity in smelling from a bottle. I poured it into glass and experienced same scent of just in front of you collected and saturated grapes. Fondling rinsing in mouth, but with little catch of alkali, which doesn't kill excellent delight. That taste will gone in more inhaling. After thirty minutes comes wine's prime. Aftertaste is relaxing feeling as after massage. I'm in rapture by Israeli wines. They don't contain sulfates and antioxidants.
I dried most of the bottle and listen Christmas Frank again. Well, Happy New Year!
