Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin – Lost Years. Issue #2.

I haven’t against to ongoing production in compositions. I’m in when authors can always write a proper screenplay, but it usually commercialized. That catches in said by one writer of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin – Lost Years Tom Waltz: “In the five issues of Lost Years, we’ll be covering approximately sixteen years, both past (Mikey’s adventures in Asia and Europe) and present/future (basically highlighting the new turtles as they grow from age three to age sixteen.). We’ll be filling in important plot/character details during those time periods…while also (hopefully) opening the doors for future tales to be told during the timeframe covered that we’re not able to get to in Lost Years (and/or Lost Day). In other words, we’re just getting started!” And they will carry on with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin 2 on which informed one month ago.

The second issue of Lost Years is absent about motives. I don’t see why Michelangelo escapes from Death Worm gang with which he confronted in a previous part, because I can’t believe that he has a fear due to he has no obstacle in fighting and killing bunch of people. These his acts for extending of story, which I already get that it can be in less than five issues.

Michelangelo walks through Japan in three years in what I can’t accept due to that a whole distance from north to south of state is eight hundred miles what makes to reasoning that he didn’t pass even a mile in his night walking. These three years for filling of gap in sixteen years. I can believe in his capability to swimming from Hokkaido to South Korea due to his a turtle whereas I confused in that how water didn’t influence on Master Splinter’s journal, which was in usual satchel. Michelangelo personally confirms a confusing plot’s hole that his shell brothers are ghosts and this factor kills his lonely personality, which in The Last Ronin, by that he constantly argues with turtles as it was when they were in flesh. Between them occurs one blank conversation on how is guilt in starting war between clans is must be initially known for everybody. And how ghost can moaning on long hike? Many times I had a thought on finishing, but it wasn’t long reading.

Michelangelo with no turning point and suddenly says that he will revenge in arguing with ghosts. He comes to martial arts teacher what will reveal for training. Of course, learning is a constant thing, but Michelangelo is experienced warrior who supposed to wield these skills. He spends one year and half on that what is another impossible long and continuing of filling of years’ gap. That teacher is clearly wrote off from Yip Man by saving name, nationality, knowledge of Wing Chun. A stereotyping wearing of beard is only distinctive feature of this personage. He is trine for storytelling by that he is Splinter’s mentor, the best of everybody best in martial arts while he lives in secluded place and hasn’t contacts with other members of clan – confusing and kills loneliness again and many other things in a main character again in The Last Ronin, because there he is introduced as a cynical personage who lost all friends and became the last, as he assumed, member of clan moved on one-end mission when meeting with survived members gave him hope. The second issue of Lost Years increases contradictions to how begins The Last Ronin.

That has inside of this part. It tells that Michelangelo doesn’t know Korean language and finishes on his speaking on it. Maybe, the master taught him, but it doesn’t mention and has no necessity. A protagonist hasn’t pillar to fight with Death Worm gang. His aspiration to confront with them in listening master’s words that you can’t defeat other enemy, because you doesn’t wish to fight with this.

Meantime, nothing changeable in few images of present – it is fated to be that I don’t care.

Everything what is wonderful in The Last Ronin and part of that has in a previous issue isn’t fine in this comic book. Dialogs and wisdom from characters are gibberish pointlessness. Michelangelo’s narration is unrefined draft of his meaningless statements. This downfall is a common process. Drawing became poor in details and it’s even in shapes of close characters.

It’s eventual quit.
